Registration Information and Form
Registration is required for all software workshops and seminars as well as for The Symposium on the Book.
Register for software workshops and seminars by phone, fax, mail, online or in person. There are no processing fees or applications, but you must pay when you register. Registrations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis, so early registration is recommended. Registrations will be accepted until one business day before each workshop begins and, if necessary, waiting lists will be maintained.
Payment of fees for the SFU Summer Publishing Workshops can be made by invoice (with a purchase order number), cheque, credit card, or money order. Please include the workshop number (for example, Summ 450.)
For credit card or purchase order payments only. Please have your VISA, MasterCard, or purchase order number ready when you call.

You may sign up in person at our Information and Registration Services desk on the main floor (Hastings Street level) of Simon Fraser University Vancouver, 515 West Hastings Street, during the office hours noted at left.
